How pricing works
We don't print prices, because color isn't priced off a list. Here is what sets yours.
What decides the price
Your price follows the length and thickness of your hair, how much lightening it needs, how many steps the plan has and the time it takes. A root touch-up and a full balayage on long hair are not the same afternoon.

What the consultation covers
Every color service starts with a consultation: your hair, your color history and photos you bring. You leave with a plan and a colorist. Ask when you book whether your consultation is charged and whether it counts toward your service.

How levels set the price
A colorist's level is one of the things that sets your price. Higher levels take on more complex plans and more steps in a visit. Your consultation tells you which level the plan needs and what it means for the price, and you can ask for another.

Deposits
Longer services (balayage, highlights, corrections and vivid color) take a deposit to hold the time. The menu marks each one, and the deposit goes toward your service.
Cancelling or running late
We ask for 48 hours' notice to move or cancel a color appointment, because the colorist's day is set aside for you. If you are running late, call us and we will see whether the plan still fits.
Add-ons and changes on the day
A toner, gloss or blowout can be added at the consultation or on the day. Your colorist tells you what the add-on changes in time and price before anything is mixed, and you say yes first.
