Do I need a consultation before my first color?
Yes. Every color service begins with one, so that your colorist sees your hair and your history before mixing anything.
How long will my appointment take?
A balayage or highlights take three to four hours or more, and a root color about two. Each service on the menu lists its duration.
Can I bring photos?
Please do, including photos of color you don't want. They help you and your colorist agree on words for a tone.
What if my color is from a box or another salon?
Tell us everything you remember. Your color history decides the plan and the steps, and some plans take more than one visit.
Can I see my price before I book?
Prices come from your hair, your plan and your colorist's level, so we quote after your consultation. You agree to the price before anything is mixed.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. Zoila, Carmelo and Xiomara speak Spanish, and this site is also written in Spanish. Tell us which language you prefer when you book.
How do I look after my color between visits?
Your colorist tells you what to use at home and how often to come back, and writes it into your plan at the end of the visit.
Do you cover gray?
We offer root color for gray and gray blending, which lets gray grow in without a hard line. At the consultation you choose what suits you.
Can dark hair go blonde in one visit?
It depends on your hair and its history. Often the plan has several steps, and we say so at the consultation.
Where do I park?
Metered street parking and public garages are a short walk from the salon.
